Warehouse Operator

Our client, a highly respected organisation within the building products sector, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator/Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Beresfield.

About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role within the warehouse and trade centre, supporting daily operations and ensuring customers receive a seamless and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both trade and retail customers
• Assist with daily warehouse operations
• Manage stock movements and maintain accurate stock levels
• Load trucks with customer orders, ensuring all safety standards are met
• Unload inbound stock deliveries
• Serve customers in the warehouse, including loading vehicles using a forklift or manually as required
• Ensure all products are correctly labelled, documented, and presented
• Pick and pack orders, conduct inventory checks, and maintain general warehouse housekeeping

• Casual, ongoing employment
• Monday to Friday: Between 6:00am – 3:00pm
• Occasional Saturday work available
• Typical shifts: 6am–2pm or 7am–3pm

• Must hold a current forklift licence
• Previous experience in warehousing or trade environments is highly regarded
• Strong focus on safety and customer service
• Reliable, physically fit, and motivated to contribute to a team environment
