Warehouse Manager

We’re seeking a capable and committed Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee warehouse operations including inventory, equipment, fleet, and waste management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace across the warehouse, annex, and yard
• Manage incoming goods, stock levels, and consumables
• Support tradespeople with packing and preparing materials for site mobilisation
• Operate company vehicles and coordinate repairs and inspections
• Liaise with suppliers and transport companies
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental policies, and industry regulations
• Use Microsoft Office365 and related systems to manage daily tasks

Skills & Experience:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Highly organised, proactive, and deadline-driven
• Solid understanding of warehouse management procedures and best practices

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Warehousing Operations or equivalent experience
• Forklift licence and HR driver’s licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Construction Industry Induction (White Card)

Salary:$90,000–$110,000
Location: Depot-based, Coffs Harbour
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility around delivery schedules
