Are you an experienced Pick Packer ready to join a fast-paced, supportive team? We’re seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our client's Ravenhall Distribution Centre — with immediate starts and great long-term opportunities!

Your Role

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
  
  
• Using voice picking technology - ideally a minimum of 12 mths exp
  
  
•  Operating Tuggers (Electric Pallet Jacks)   or  Reach Forklifts - ideally minimum of 12 mths exp
  
  
• Completing general warehouse duties
  
  
• Meeting and exceeding daily performance (KPI) targets
  
  

About You

• Proven experience in voice picking and Tugger operation
  
  
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 20kg
  
  
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  
  
• Own reliable transport
  
  
• Comfortable with   10-hour shifts
  
  
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
  
  
• Clean police record – must be able to pass a National Police Check
  
  

Hours & Location

• Monday to Thursday, 4:30AM – 2:30PM, 7:00AM TO 5:00PM OR 2:30PM - 00:30AM   (occasional Fridays during peak periods)
  
  
• Based in Ravenhall, VIC
