Voice Picker - Cold Storage

Chandler Macleod are seeking reliable and efficient warehouse associates to join our team on the morning shift working as a Voice Picker in a TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT. You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end order fulfillment process, working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The warehouse is located in Minchinbury and there is ample car parking available onsite. 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Voice Picking - Pallet Rider MHE
• Use a voice-directed picking system (headset) to receive real-time instructions.
• Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders.
• Report product or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy and safety.


What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or palletising role preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours).
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks.
• Available to work AM shifts and rostered across weekdays and weekends.

What We Offer
• $42 per hour for the AM shift.
