About the Role As a Truck Jockey, you will assist drivers in delivering products to customers in a friendly, safe, and efficient manner. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while representing the company positively at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely relocate materials using manual handling techniques and equipment
• Assist with loading/unloading and ensure accurate delivery of products
• Communicate any issues with customers, loads, or equipment to your supervisor promptly
• Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and HACCP requirements
• Follow company procedures and maintain compliance with safety policies and legal obligations
• Promote a positive safety and compliance culture through responsible actions

• Current driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Availability for early starts and flexible hours
• Previous experience in a similar role or delivery environment (advantageous)
• Understanding of OH&S and food safety standards
• Reliable transport to and from work
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Must pass a police check

• Ability to use handheld devices (e.g., palm pilot) for delivery management
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Knowledge of the foodservice industry and cold chain requirements
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules
• Strong teamwork and reliability
