Transport Manager – Drive Compliance & Operational Excellence
$110k – $120k package | Sydney Region
FMCG / High-Volume Operations | Lead a Team of 20

We’re seeking an experienced Transport Manager to take the lead in a fast-paced FMCG (or similar) environment. You’ll be responsible for managing a fleet and a team of 20, ensuring full compliance with safety and audit requirements, and driving operational efficiency every day.

This is the perfect role for a strong leader who thrives on balancing compliance rigor with hands-on operational management.

Your day-to-day:
  • Lead, coach and develop a large transport team
  • Oversee vehicle compliance, maintenance schedules & safety checks
  • Optimise route planning for efficiency and cost control
  • Conduct audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections
  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven leadership in transport or logistics management
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle compliance, WHS, and audit processes
  • Experience in FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or similar high-volume industries
  • Data-driven problem solver with strong route optimisation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Location: Sydney Region
Salary:$110,000 – $120,000 package (commensurate with experience)
