We’re seeking an experienced Transport Manager 
 to take the lead in a fast-paced FMCG (or similar) environment. You’ll be responsible for managing a fleet and a team of 20, ensuring full compliance with safety and audit requirements, and driving operational efficiency every day.
This is the perfect role for a strong leader who thrives on balancing compliance rigor 
 with hands-on operational management.

 - Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
 - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
 
- Proven leadership in transport or logistics management
 - Strong knowledge of vehicle compliance, WHS, and audit processes
 - Experience in FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, or similar high-volume industries
 - Data-driven problem solver with strong route optimisation skills
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder management
 
Salary:$110,000 – $120,000 package (commensurate with experience)
