Are you a strong communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and keeping operations running smoothly? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, hands-on coordinator role within a well-established national poultry business.

We’re on the hunt for a Customer Service / Telesales Coordinator to join the team and take ownership of day-to-day operations across inbound and outbound customer service. You’ll be the go-to for coordinating workflow and supporting the broader team – stepping up to lead in the absence of the Sales Manager and ensuring a positive, productive working environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the daily order-taking process via phone, email and fax
  • Ensuring all customer orders are entered by midday to meet production cut-offs
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Assisting with promotions and upselling opportunities
  • Supporting your team to meet KPIs and tight turnaround times
  • Preparing reports, credits, rebates and sales documentation
  • Assisting with customer satisfaction surveys and lost/new business tracking
  • Carrying out general admin including induction confirmation, visitor greetings and mail
  • Mediating minor disputes and promoting a fair, team-first work culture

What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in a customer service, telesales or admin-heavy environment
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Confidence in using phone systems and internal databases (ERP or in-house systems)
  • Quick thinking, strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Important to Note:
All successful applicants will be required to undergo drug and alcohol testing as part of the recruitment process. Offers of employment will be subject to satisfactory results.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
