AO7 Instructional Design - Principal Project Officer

We’re seeking a skilled AO7 Instructional Designer - Principal Project Officer   for a 6-month government contract. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) will support the delivery of impactful leadership and management development programs for the health workforce.

About the Role:
Lead the design, coordination, and evaluation of blended learning initiatives focused on leadership capability development. You'll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and SMEs to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement blended learning and eLearning programs using the ADDIE model
• Consult and collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports

• Proven experience in instructional and blended learning design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (essential)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and SME management skills
• Experience delivering leadership and capability programs
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• Hourly Rate: $85.31 – $91.38 + super
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Brisbane (3 days in office, 2 remote)
• Start: ASAP
