We’re seeking a technically minded and detail-oriented Administrator to support a critical drilling program with one of Australia’s leading Tier 1 mining operators. This role is ideal for someone with a background in spatial data management and a strong working knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, spreadsheets, and maintaining bore registers.
If you enjoy working with maps, spatial datasets, and helping project teams stay on track with up-to-date and accurate information, this is a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update spatial data using ArcGIS Pro, including maps and datasets relevant to the drilling program.
  • Regularly update and manage spreadsheets and bore registers to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team including scheduling meetings, coordinating surveys, and document control.
  • Assist with regulatory requirements by tracking application statuses and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the project timeline by keeping task lists, registers, and key project documentation up to date.
  • Prepare and format reports, update registers, and maintain well-organised digital and physical project files.
  • Assist with procurement tasks such as raising purchase requisitions and tracking purchase orders.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to follow up on outstanding items and ensure smooth project communication.
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience using ArcGIS Pro for spatial data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with data-heavy spreadsheets and registers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Previous experience in project administration, technical support, or data coordination.
  • Comfortable working with procurement systems and following internal processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
What’s on Offer
  • Contribute to a high-profile drilling project with a respected Tier 1 mining company.
  • Monday to Friday (5:2 roster) with stable hours and work-life balance.
  • Competitive contractor rates based on experience.
  • Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.
  • Friendly and collaborative project team with ongoing support.

Apply now to bring your spatial data and admin skills into a project that truly values accuracy and attention to detail.
