Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update spatial data using ArcGIS Pro, including maps and datasets relevant to the drilling program.
- Regularly update and manage spreadsheets and bore registers to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team including scheduling meetings, coordinating surveys, and document control.
- Assist with regulatory requirements by tracking application statuses and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the project timeline by keeping task lists, registers, and key project documentation up to date.
- Prepare and format reports, update registers, and maintain well-organised digital and physical project files.
- Assist with procurement tasks such as raising purchase requisitions and tracking purchase orders.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to follow up on outstanding items and ensure smooth project communication.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with data-heavy spreadsheets and registers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Previous experience in project administration, technical support, or data coordination.
- Comfortable working with procurement systems and following internal processes.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Contribute to a high-profile drilling project with a respected Tier 1 mining company.
- Monday to Friday (5:2 roster) with stable hours and work-life balance.
- Competitive contractor rates based on experience.
- Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension.
