Technical Admin Support

Location: Pinjarra | Roster: 5:2 | Start Date: ASAP | Contract: 6-Month (Potential for Extension)

Join a leading Tier 1 mining operator in a key support role assisting the delivery of a critical drilling program in the Pinjarra region. This is a great opportunity for an organised and motivated administrator who enjoys working with project teams, coordinating tasks, and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the drilling program, including scheduling meetings and coordinating surveys.
  • Assist with regulatory documentation by following up on applications and keeping records up to date.
  • Help keep project timelines on track by updating task lists, registers and reminders.
  • Support procurement activities such as raising purchase requisitions and tracking purchase orders.
  • Assist with end-of-month reporting by compiling information and updating spreadsheets.
  • Prepare reports, update registers and ensure project files are accurate and well maintained.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to follow up on outstanding items and share updates with the team.
Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Procurement processes.
  • Previous experience in administration, project support, or coordination.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy team environment.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to following up with others.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes (training provided where required).
