Team Leader - Civil Works Crew

Location: Narrandera
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 19 December 2025 (with plans to extend)
Hours: 76 hours per fortnight (8.5 hours/day)
Work Structure: 9-day fortnight
Camping Away: Required approximately 90% of the time

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to oversee a dedicated civil works crew based in Narrandera. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic outdoor environments and is passionate about guiding teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team to achieve daily and long-term work goals
• Provide guidance, support, and direction to crew members
• Resolve routine issues and contribute to solutions for complex problems
• Foster a collaborative and respectful team culture
• Implement and monitor WHS procedures, ensuring safety and compliance
• Communicate daily with Works Supervisors and Managers to coordinate schedules and resources
• Manage large teams and demonstrate hands-on experience in Hot Works, particularly Sealing

Requirements

• White Card
• WOF ticket
• Class C Driver’s Licence
• Traffic Controller (TC) – or willingness to obtain
• Police Check
