Supply Chain Support Officer

We are currently seeking applications for a Supply Chain Support Officer for our client in the manufacturing sector, commencing ASAP on a limited-term contract until 25/1/26 with potential for extension t. This role supports the production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have supply chain or manufacturing experience with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.

Duties will include:
•    Maintaining efficient business administration systems and providing support to supply chain team
•    Supporting production with batch card processing, pallet labelling and reconciliation
•    Managing despatching administration processes as required
•    Drafting correspondence and communicating efficiently with various stakeholders
•    Supporting safety and sustainability measures across the site
•    Participating in continuous improvement activities and project teams 

To be successful for this opportunity you will ideally have:
•    Previous experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment
•    Experience with Microsoft Office suite
•    Strong administration abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
•    Developed time management and problem-solving skills
•    Strong commitment to safety, health and environmental standards
•    Physical fitness for warehouse distribution environment
