Supply Chain Field Officer

Chandler Macleod  are currently seeking an experienced  Supply Chain Field Officer  for our client based in M ildura. This is a hands-on role supporting materials management, inventory control, and contractor coordination to ensure projects and customer service levels are delivered on time and to standard.

This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are available, compliant, and accurately recorded to meet  GSLs, project timeframes, and audit requirements.
What you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing all material movement and storage in line with  OH&S guidelines and regulations
• Coordinating and supervising contractors loading and unloading materials on site
• Ensuring materials handling equipment is maintained and compliant with relevant codes and standards
• Maintaining accurate records in line with  audit and delegation of authority requirements
• Performing accurate  data entry and retrieval  within SAP and other systems
• Providing guidance to customers on effective SAP use to support supply chain and project needs
• Maintaining  Material Requirements Planning (MRP)  views to meet Local Emergency Stock (LES) and business targets
• Proactively sourcing materials and tailoring solutions to achieve the best outcomes
• Conducting stock checks, investigating discrepancies, and managing stock adjustments, write-offs, and reporting
• Ensuring material availability to support operational and project delivery requirements

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in a  warehouse or materials management  environment
• A  current Forklift Licence
• Dogman/Dogger ticket  (preferred but not essential)
• Strong  MS Office  skills
• Experience using  SAP or a similar warehouse management system
• A strong focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement
