Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage fixed contract orders, monitor supplier performance, and maintain accurate inventory and pricing data. This role is critical to ensuring smooth supply chain operations and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

You’ll work closely with suppliers, internal sales teams, and logistics to ensure compliance, resolve back-order issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

• Manage and monitor fixed contract orders to ensure supplier compliance and on-time delivery.
• Track outstanding purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate sales order delivery times and update systems accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels against contract requirements and address back-order issues promptly.
• Keep supplier pricing files current and coordinate changes with procurement and sales teams.
• Identify supply delays or discrepancies and escalate where necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills for supplier and client engagement.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel (experience with Salesforce or NetSuite desirable).
• A proactive, solution-driven attitude and strong sense of accountability.
