Job Title – Store Manager
Location – Sydney CBD
Reporting to – NSW Retail Manager
Salary -$71,821.57 including super

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic team, drive sales and ensure an exceptional in store experience. This role is responsible for daily operations, staff development and maintaining brand standards.

About You:

1. Previous experience in retail management
2. Strong leadership and development skills
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Competence in POS and MS Office
5. A passion for delivering premium customer experiences

 
Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and monitor a high performing retail team
2. Drive sales and achieve KPIs
3. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
4. Oversee stock levels and inventory
5. Handle escalations
6. Ensure compliance with company policies
