What You’ll Deliver
Commercial & Sales Leadership
- Use your commercial acumen to drive sales, boost profitability, and enhance overall store performance.
- Track and report progressive results, sharing insights with leadership and your team.
- Ensure daily plans, budgets, and KPIs are clearly communicated and understood.
- Increase store awareness and traffic through effective local area marketing.
- Execute promotional activities with precision to maximise sales and sell-through.
- Create a culture where exceptional customer service comes first.
- Oversee efficient handling of customer queries and resolve issues in line with brand standards.
- Ensure operational tasks never compromise the customer experience.
- Maintain strong stock integrity and optimise stockroom efficiency.
- Coordinate cycle counts and full stocktakes.
- Partner with inventory teams to support stock accuracy and store performance.
- Work with leadership to ensure optimal staffing levels and effective workforce planning.
- Partner with visual merchandising teams to deliver a memorable, welcoming store environment.
- Provide daily leadership, clear communication, and purposeful delegation.
- Address performance and behavioural issues promptly and constructively.
- Coach team members to grow their technical skills and retail capability.
- Foster an empowered, inclusive culture with high motivation and engagement.
