Staffing and Workforce Coordinator
Location: Jandakot, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Industry: Labour Hire & Logistics

Are you a people-focused professional with strong organisational skills and experience in agency or workforce coordination? We are looking for a  Staffing and Workforce Coordinator  to join our team in  Jandakot WA, supporting our client with end-to-end labour planning and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agency Management: Liaise with labour hire partners to ensure workforce supply meets demand
  • Pool Management: Monitor and manage the availability and performance of casual and contract staff
  • Roster Management: Build and maintain daily and weekly rosters in line with operational requirements
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client leadership teams to forecast and plan labour needs
  • Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, company policies, and site safety protocols
  • Maintain clear, accurate communication with internal teams, workers, and clients

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a workforce or staffing coordination role
  • Agency background and HR experience
  • Previous experience in a similar position within in warehousing / logistics highly advantageous
  • Strong rostering experience
  • Available to commence in September and work through to December
  • Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
