Staffing and Workforce Coordinator
Location: Jandakot, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Are you a people-focused professional with strong organisational skills and experience in agency or workforce coordination? We are looking for a Staffing and Workforce Coordinator
to join our team in Jandakot WA, supporting our client with end-to-end labour planning and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Management: Liaise with labour hire partners to ensure workforce supply meets demand
- Pool Management: Monitor and manage the availability and performance of casual and contract staff
- Roster Management: Build and maintain daily and weekly rosters in line with operational requirements
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client leadership teams to forecast and plan labour needs
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, company policies, and site safety protocols
- Maintain clear, accurate communication with internal teams, workers, and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a workforce or staffing coordination role
- Agency background and HR experience
- Previous experience in a similar position within in warehousing / logistics highly advantageous
- Strong rostering experience
- Available to commence in September and work through to December
- Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
