Chandler Macleod is currently seeking an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator
to join a well-established industrial operation located in Craigieburn. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of warehousing coordination, inventory control and administrative accuracy — without the heavy forklift component.
If you’re organised, reliable and confident managing a small spare parts operation, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
Working Monday to Friday (8:30am–4:30pm), you will be responsible for ensuring all parts, stock and dispatch activities run smoothly. Key duties include:
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Inventory management, cycle counting and maintaining stock accuracy
- Coordinating freight and transport (local & interstate)
- Managing the spare parts area and ensuring cleanliness and organisation
- Processing orders using computer systems and handheld devices
- Liaising with internal teams and transport providers
- Minimal forklift operation — approx. 2 hours per week only
What We’re Looking For
- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience in spare parts, warehousing, inventory, dispatch or similar
- Strong computer skills — confident using WMS, Excel or handheld scanners
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously within a small team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Competitive salary: $80K–$85K package
- Monday–Friday, stable day shift
- Minimal forklift work
- Uniform supplied
- On-site parking
- Supportive team and a role you can truly take ownership of
If you’re ready for a stable and rewarding Spare Parts Coordinator role where you can combine operational coordination with hands-on warehouse activity, apply today.
