Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Our client is currently seeking a Social Media and Content Producer to join their busy team for a casual 12-months temporary assignment.
About the Role
Join the Digital Media Team to source, manage, and coordinate talent for social media video content. You’ll:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs
- Research and source appropriate talent (internal and external)
- Manage logistics including shoot coordination, talent communication, and consent forms
- Maintain a dynamic talent directory and consent library
- Proactively pitch story/content ideas aligned with strategic priorities
- Track social media trends and identify relevant talent/influencer opportunities
- Analyse content performance to improve talent engagement
- Foster strong relationships with creative teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience in influencer/talent management and social media
- Strong organisational and logistical skills in content production
- Confident communicator with creative and business teams
- Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about storytelling with business awareness
- Ideally experienced in large organisations
- Familiar with consent protocols and documentation
Benefits:

- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Geelong and Richmond location + hybrid working arrangement potential
- $60.24 per hour + super
