About the company:
Government agency tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Our client is currently seeking a Social Media and Content Producer to join their busy team for a casual 12-months temporary assignment.

About the Role
Join the Digital Media Team to source, manage, and coordinate talent for social media video content. You’ll:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs
  • Research and source appropriate talent (internal and external)
  • Manage logistics including shoot coordination, talent communication, and consent forms
  • Maintain a dynamic talent directory and consent library
  • Proactively pitch story/content ideas aligned with strategic priorities
  • Track social media trends and identify relevant talent/influencer opportunities
  • Analyse content performance to improve talent engagement
  • Foster strong relationships with creative teams and stakeholders
About You
  • Proven experience in influencer/talent management and social media
  • Strong organisational and logistical skills in content production
  • Confident communicator with creative and business teams
  • Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about storytelling with business awareness
  • Ideally experienced in large organisations
  • Familiar with consent protocols and documentation


Benefits:
  • ASAP start (pending federal police clearance)
  • 12 month temporary assignment 
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday 
  • Geelong and Richmond location + hybrid working arrangement potential
  • $60.24 per hour + super
