The Administrator Site Systems
is responsible for the Front of House management of the company's Central Queensland Office building (CQO). Due to this and nature of role you will have engagement across senior members of business and other teams beyond site systems.
This role is critical in ensuring all departments with workers at CQO have a safe workplace at our CQ Office. Administrator Site Systems plays an integral part in management of the CQO building and ensuring compliance to Workplace Health and Safety and Queensland Coal Mining Safety Health legislation. Where applicable this includes supporting the Site Systems team in the coordination, improvement and governance of the Safety Health Management System (SHMS), Risk Management, Training Scheme and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the company's Infrastructure & Services (I&S).
• Be first of contact for visitors and new starters at CQO
• Conduct CQO Inductions for new starters and provide Visitor cards for day visitors.
• Undertake 5S routines, collaborate with leader representative in the building, identify improvements and support planning works at CQO
• Create MaintenanceTechnology tickets for CQO building and follow through until closure of requests.
• Effectively perform the role and responsibilities of a workplace Fire Warden.
• Training administrative supporting including scanning, renaming and uploads
• General administrative duties as directed by Superintendent Site Systems
• Provision of support such as meetings, workshops, audits, training sessions and other administrative support to Superintendent Site Systems
• As requested support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Training Management System documents
• As requested review and maintain Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) documentation and document control submissions
