Site Administrator – Wagerup Refinery (14-Month Contract)
Bring your organisational skills and attention to detail to a dynamic site-based role supporting one of Western Australia’s key refinery operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive Site Administrator
to play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Location & Details:
- Base: Wagerup Refinery | Additional site: Bunbury Port (approx. 2 days/month)
- Roster: Full time – Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm
- Contract: 14 months
- Rate:$45 per hour + superannuation
- Eligibility: Must hold full Australian work rights

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Department Manager and leadership team
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel (local, interstate, and international)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite and ORACLE systems
- Manage department purchasing, budgets, and reconciliations
- Support onboarding of new employees and contractors
- Maintain accurate employee records, compliance data, and organisational charts
- Coordinate employee recognition activities and manage gift card inventory
- Act as the first point of contact for departmental queries and visitors
- Assist with office systems, supplies, and IT coordination
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative or site support role
- Proficient in MS Office and ORACLE-based applications
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
