Are you a proactive and detail-oriented retail professional with a passion for customer service, food safety, and team leadership?
We’re looking for a Shop Supervisor to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth, safe, and compliant operation of our store. 

About the Role

As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing the retail shop through exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and adherence to food safety and compliance standards.

You’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure our customers leave with a positive and lasting impression. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily shop operations including stock control, hygiene, and customer service.
  • Supervise and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
  • Accurately manage register operations and transaction procedures.
  • Report hazards, incidents, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
To Be Noted 

Work week is Monday to Friday - 8AM to 6PM 
Every second week is Tuesday to Saturday - 8AM to 3PM


Skills & Experience



  • Previous deli experience from Coles, Woolworths, or IGA is highly desirable.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Sound knowledge of retail products and operations.
  • Proven customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
