About Our Client
Our client is a leading electrical services provider known for delivering high-quality solutions across commercial and construction sectors. With a strong focus on innovation, safety, and excellence, they are seeking an experienced Service Manager based out of their Coffs Harbour office to lead and deliver multiple projects from inception to completion.
About the role
This is your chance to lead a successful electrical team in a well-established business located in the stunning coastal city of Coffs Harbour. As the Service Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure excellent service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Duties
• Lead and develop a team of electrical professionals
• Maintain high standards of service delivery in an efficient and profitable manner
• Quote and estimate Level 2, housing, and general electrical works
• Liaise with internal teams and clients for seamless job coordination
• Take part in a rotating on-call roster for service callouts
• Support team development and performance reviews
Skills and Experience
• Electrical trade background with experience in installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Experience quoting and invoicing
• Competence using job management systems (e.g., SimPRO)
• NSW Electrical Contractor Licence or Supervisor Certificate
• White Card and full working rights in Australia
