Service Delivery Coordinator Location: Cardiff NSW
Full-time | Monday to Friday | Permanent

About the Role
Our client, a leading provider of managed services, is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team in Cardiff. Reporting to the Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth customer relationships through phone and email communication. Working closely with the Service Delivery team, you’ll help maintain service excellence and deliver outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support
  • Accurate and efficient data entry
  • Collaborate with Service and Admin teams
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite effectively
  • Comply with health & safety procedures
Skills & Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience in an office environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills and professional written communication
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
