$43.75 per hour + super

We are seeking experienced Service & Support Officers to join a busy healthcare service team on a 3 month contract, based in Bowen Hills. This role sits at the frontline of service delivery and is suited to someone who is customer‑focused, process‑driven, and comfortable handling high volumes of enquiries in a fast‑paced environment. Experience within the health or care sector will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries
• Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer service to clients, families, and stakeholders
• Manage inboxes, service requests, and basic administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
• Update records and systems with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality
• Identify and escalate issues appropriately to support timely resolution
• Work closely with internal teams to support smooth service delivery

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or service support roles
• Healthcare, aged care, or community services experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a calm, professional phone manner
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident using systems such as CRM, case management, or ticketing tools
