Service Administrator
Location: Geebung, Brisbane
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary:$78,000 + Super

About the Role
We are leaders in the design, manufacture, and supply of high-quality foodservice and bakery equipment, supporting customers across Australia and internationally. Our National Service Team plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience, from installation through to ongoing support. An opportunity is available for a Service Administrator to join our QLD Service Team based in Brisbane. Reporting to the Service Manager – QLD, this role supports service operations by coordinating installations, assisting with scheduling, managing customer communication, and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly. This position suits someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate on-time delivery and installation of equipment to meet customer expectations
  • Allocate jobs and liaise with a subcontractor network across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and Northern NSW
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations and arrange ordering of spare parts
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Coordinator and Service Manager
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide timely updates on job progress
  • Maintain accurate records and notes in SAP and the service team calendar
  • Monitor and action the QLD Service inbox to ensure prompt responses
  • Provide cover for the Service Coordinator when required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

About You
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in a service or technical environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience highly regarded
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to prioritise in a busy team environment
