About the Role
 
As a  Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring service excellence and supporting business growth.
 
Key responsibilities include:
 

• Conducting regular account visits and maintaining strong client relationships
• Resolving service issues and complaints
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients
• Collaborating with internal service delivery teams
• Reporting and maintaining accurate records

• 2–3 years of key account management experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy and a people-first attitude
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Valid driver’s licence
• Excellent time management and KPI focus
