- Policy Development & Review: Coordinate environmental strategies including Climate Change Adaptation Policy and sustainable procurement guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build capacity across departments and external partners to support environmental goals.
- Advocacy & Advice: Provide expert advice to senior management, Council, and community on climate adaptation and sustainable procurement.

You’re a strategic thinker and change agent with:
- Proven experience in climate adaptation, sustainable procurement, or environmental policy.
- Strong understanding of climate risk management, circular economy, and low-carbon materials.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and embed change across complex organisations.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation, government frameworks, and best practice in sustainability.
- Be part of a forward-thinking team driving real environmental impact.
- Work in a supportive and inclusive culture that values innovation and collaboration.
- Enjoy flexible work arrangements, professional development, and a commitment to employee wellbeing.
- Make a difference in one of Victoria’s most diverse and rapidly growing communities.
