We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the Oceania and Pacific Islands region. This position requires strong experience in the major domestic appliances category and a proven track record managing retail and distribution channels. The ideal candidate brings strategic insight, commercial capability, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive market expansion and long-term sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead sales operations, planning, and execution to deliver revenue and profit targets across the region.
● Develop and implement effective channel strategies across retail, distribution, and emerging markets.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support market development.
● Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to optimise product availability, visibility, and competitiveness.
● Monitor market trends, pricing shifts, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
● Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing performance tracking.
● Mentor and develop local sales teams or representatives where required.
Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
● Minimum eight to ten years of experience within a relevant industry, ideally in the major domestic appliances category or similar.
● Strong understanding of retail and distributor dynamics across Oceania and the Pacific Islands.
● Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage P&L responsibility.
● Strong negotiation, relationship management, and leadership skills.
● Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution ability.
● Able to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery in a fast-paced environment.
