Senior Recruitment Consultant (Speciality) – Chandler Macleod Staffing Chandler Macleod, part of the global RGF network, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you’ll lead and support Consultants and Coordinators while driving growth and delivering best-practice recruitment solutions in your specialist sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities.
  
  
• Source, screen, and present high-calibre candidates to meet client needs.
  
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job briefs to offers.
  
  
• Negotiate packages and provide market advice to clients and candidates.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with WHS and company standards.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment or direct sales in a target-driven environment.
  
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  
  
• Commercially minded with a focus on delivering results.
