About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Officer to support the coordination and delivery of Safeworking learning design projects. This role is essential in ensuring learning initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational standards and governance frameworks. You’ll work closely with internal subject matter experts, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive quality outcomes in a safety-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal SMEs, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver learning design projects
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops to capture and confirm learning design requirements
- Support the end-to-end learning design process through documentation, tracking, and communication
- Liaise with vendors to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project objectives
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and reporting for governance purposes
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, navigating complex dynamics to achieve outcomes
- Support quality assurance of learning design deliverables to ensure consistency with standards
You’re a proactive and organised project coordinator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering high-quality learning outcomes. You’re comfortable working across multiple teams and managing external relationships, and you thrive in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
- Familiarity with learning design processes and governance frameworks is highly desirable
