Project Manager – Office Accommodation Fit-Out

Level 6 or 7 | 12 weeks (potential to extend to 6 months)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our clients Perth Office Accommodation project. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only drive strategy and stakeholder engagement but also roll up your sleeves to get the work done.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Leading change management activities and acting as a change champion to support staff through the transition.
  • Coordinating and managing stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Overseeing office fit-out and relocation activities, including contractor and vendor liaison.
  • Using Smartsheet to track, monitor, and report on project progress.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven project management and change management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach in the absence of dedicated lower-level support.
  • Previous experience in office fit-out, relocation, or accommodation projects.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet (essential).
  • Knowledge of Department of Housing and Works Fit-out processes(desirable but not essential).
