About the Role
The Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Program Coordinator to coordinate programs that improve outcomes for First Nations communities. The role involves managing projects, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate program delivery, tracking milestones, managing workflows, and ensuring alignment with governance, budget, and reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with First Nations communities, government agencies, and service providers
- Develop high-quality outputs, including briefs, reports, and correspondence, within tight timeframes.
- Manage contracts and grants, including procurement, financial tracking, and compliance with Commonwealth frameworks.
- Analyse data, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Demonstrated program management and delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Understanding of First Nations cultures and commitment to culturally safe practices
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs
- Experience in contract/grant management and financial compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
Benefits:

- $60.26 hour + Super
