 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a highly competent HR Generalist, supporting site operations with strategic and hands-on HR guidance
  • Lead and manage end-to-end investigations, ensuring procedural fairness and timely resolution
  • Drive performance management initiatives, partnering with leaders to build capability and accountability
  • Provide expert advice on IR/ER matters, navigating complex workplace scenarios with confidence
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business
  • Coach and mentor site leaders, fostering a culture of Leader-led engagement and ownership
  • Assist with the implementation of a robust Respect at Work framework, aligned with current reforms and best practice
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in FIFO HR advisory role
  • Strong working knowledge of industrial and employee relations
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct workplace investigations independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with the Respect at Work reforms and capability to lead cultural change initiatives
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence and lead
