What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as a highly competent HR Generalist, supporting site operations with strategic and hands-on HR guidance
- Lead and manage end-to-end investigations, ensuring procedural fairness and timely resolution
- Drive performance management initiatives, partnering with leaders to build capability and accountability
- Provide expert advice on IR/ER matters, navigating complex workplace scenarios with confidence
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business
- Coach and mentor site leaders, fostering a culture of Leader-led engagement and ownership
- Assist with the implementation of a robust Respect at Work framework, aligned with current reforms and best practice
- Proven experience in FIFO HR advisory role
- Strong working knowledge of industrial and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to conduct workplace investigations independently
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with the Respect at Work reforms and capability to lead cultural change initiatives
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence and lead
