What You’ll Be Doing:

• Senior Consultants:
  
  • Manage your own recruitment desk across white-collar roles (Accounting & Finance, Business Support, Engineering & Technical, Healthcare, and Executive Search)
  • Drive business development and client engagement with some of Australia’s biggest brands
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success

• Entry-Level Consultants:
  
  • Support senior consultants in sourcing top talent for corporate and professional roles
  • Screen candidates, manage job ads, and coordinate interviews
  • Learn the ropes of recruitment with hands-on experience and structured training

What We’re Looking For:

• Senior Consultants: Proven agency recruitment experience, strong business development skills, and a proactive mindset
• Entry-Level Consultants: A strong communicator with a positive attitude; previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
