We’re seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with expertise in control systems and electrical design to support major technology upgrade projects across mining, utilities, and industrial sectors for our client.
This full-time, long-term contract(Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week) is based in Belmont, just 20 minutes from Perth CBD, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review electrical systems and control architectures
• Prepare drawings: SLDs, schematics, cable schedules, layouts
• Conduct heat load and harmonic calculations, equipment assessments
• Support site installs, testing, and commissioning
• Collaborate with clients and contractors on technical solutions

What You’ll Bring:

• Electrical Engineering degree
• 7+ years in industrial electrical design
• Proven skills in control systems, VSDs, MCCs, PLCs, SCADA
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and drafting tools
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
