Senior Developer - Auth0/ Open ID

Are you a Senior Digital Developer with deep Auth0/OpenID expertise and a passion for building secure, modern digital experiences? This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing agile team delivering major enhancements across large‑scale customer platforms. This is a contract role in Melbourne CBD, in a hybrid working environment.
You’ll work across a modern tech stack, influence architecture and engineering practices, and help shape innovative digital solutions used by customers every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing secure digital platform components across the full stack
• Building high‑quality front‑end and back‑end features using modern frameworks
• Implementing identity and authentication solutions with Auth0/OpenID
• Creating unit, integration, and automated UI/API tests
• Collaborating with product owners, UX, QA, architects, and fellow developers
• Mentoring junior developers and contributing to engineering best practice
• Participating in agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring
Must‑Have

• Strong hands‑on Auth0 and/or OpenID Connect experience
• Solid experience with modern front‑end frameworks (Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript)
• Back‑end experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API or Node.js
• Strong understanding of microservices, Azure, and DevOps pipelines
• Experience working in agile teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to break down complex problems

Nice to Have

• Test‑driven development experience
• Exposure to cyber security principles
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical discussions
