About the Role
The Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join its High-Value Security Uplift Projects for a 12-month term, with potential to extend. This role has become available to support the security and operations teams in delivering complex, multi-phase projects aligned with the agency’s strategic objectives. The Contracts Manager will be vital to ensuring contractual compliance and managing procurement processes effectively across the programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee high-value procurement and contract management activities for security projects
- Provide expert advice on contractual obligations, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
- Develop, review, and negotiate contracts in line with agency policies and legislative requirements
- Support project teams with procurement planning and procurement documentation
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing issues as they arise
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of contracts and projects
About You
- Proven experience in contracts management, ideally within government or defence sectors
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contractual law, and risk management
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders and vendors
- Ability to review, negotiate, and finalise complex contractual arrangements
- Experience working on high-value, multi-phase security projects is highly desirable
- Security clearance NV1 or higher
