We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead the change strategy and delivery for a large-scale Procurement Transformation Program within a government organisation. This program will enable efficient, compliant, and strategic sourcing and contract management, while driving greater value from data-driven decisions and embedding new processes across the business.
This is a fast-paced, high-profile role that requires strong stakeholder engagement, governance, and compliance focus, along with the ability to deliver impactful and sustainable change outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the change management strategy aligned with the transformation roadmap.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, communications, and training to drive adoption.
  • Ensure readiness for change, track adoption, and support end-user experience.
  • Monitor risks and issues, providing practical solutions to maintain program momentum.
  • Partner with project, IT, communications, and business teams to embed new ways of working.
About You
  • Proven track record in leading enterprise-level change, ideally across procurement or commercial transformation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work across complex, regulated environments.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Agile, adaptable, and outcomes-focused, comfortable working at pace to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and training experience, with a collaborative and inclusive style.
What’s on Offer
  • Opportunity to shape a transformative program within a government environment.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting where engagement and delivery are key.
  • CBD-based office with flexible working arrangements.
  • Contract starts at 3 months with strong potential for extension
If you are a change leader who thrives on engagement, pace, and delivering lasting impact, we’d love to hear from you.
