dnata is seeking an experienced Senior Catering Attendant
with strong knife skills
to join a airline catering operation at Mascot.
Key Duties
- Advanced knife work (slicing, dicing, trimming, portioning)
- High-volume food preparation to airline standards
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Support production team as required
- Proven catering or food preparation experience
- Strong knife skills (essential)
- Commercial kitchen or airline catering experience preferred
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident only
- Able to pass airport security checks
- 7:00am | 9:00am | 2:00pm | 3:00pm
(Weekend work and overtime available)
