Senior Catering Attendant

As a Senior Catering Attendant, your attention to detail and quality will ensure final checks on all meals, special dietary requests, catering items, equipment and documentation are completed to the highest standard before they are loaded onto the aircraft.

This role involves:

• Complete final checks on catering carts, equipment, and consumables.
• Verify meal counts, special dietary requests, and service items against flight specifications.
• Uphold all safety, hygiene, HALAL requirements and HACCP compliance.
• Communicate with dispatch, catering production, and loading teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and follow all standard operating procedures.
• Working in cold storage environments, 4 degrees. 

 
To be successful for this opportunity you will ideally have:

• Recent and relevant experience in food manufacturing environments, hospitality, or aviation operations.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English (HACCP & health & safety compliance)
• Strong attention to detail and quality focused
• Available for full-time hours, with shifts starting between 1AM–4AM.
• Ability to pass a police check and drug and alcohol test.
• Ability to lift 15 kg repetitively 
• Proven reliability and work ethic
