We’re currently hiring Warehouse Voice Pickers to join the team at a leading national beverage distribution company based in Eastern Creek. Whether you're looking for stable, long-term work, this could be the opportunity for you.
These roles suit people who enjoy staying active, working in a team, and are ready to learn. Onsite training is provided!

Shift & Pay Rates:
Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM | $33.57/hour
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $38.25/hour
*Monday to Friday (5 days per week) mandatory
*Flexibility to stay back when required

What You’ll Be Doing:
Picking beverage cartons (up to 23kg) using a voice-pick headset
Stacking products onto pallets
Working in a team in a fast-paced, active environment

We’re Looking For People Who:
 

• Voice Pick and/or pick packing experience
• Ability to lift up to 23kg regularly (up to 8 hours)
• Able to demonstrate safe manual handling techniques
• Are reasonably fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
• Are available to work Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis
• Have reliable transport to get to and from site
• Maintain a good attendance attitude
• Are able to meet KPI expectations (cartons per hour)
