Our client AGL is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead two SAP delivery teams on an exciting new initiative. This role is pivotal in driving agile practices, fostering high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery aligns with customer and business value. If you have a strong background in Agile methodologies and SAP environments, we’d love to hear from you. This is a six-month contract role based in Melbourne CBD in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies across two SAP scrum teams
- Coach teams to become autonomous, self-organising, and continuously improving
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to manage and refine product backlogs
- Coordinate release management and ensure production readiness
- Identify and resolve team blockers and inter-team dependencies
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Navigate enterprise environments to influence and achieve outcomes
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and delivery plans
- Encourage knowledge sharing across teams and support team growth
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading agile product delivery teams
- Strong Scrum Master experience, ideally with a digital and SAP focus
- Scrum Master certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Practical experience with Agile frameworks; scaled agile in enterprise environments preferred
- Proven ability to coach teams and facilitate agile ceremonies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational and scheduling capabilities
- Passion for Agile values and team success
- Understanding of design thinking and agile inceptions (preferred but not mandatory)
