Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our client’s Projects team. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of Hub-based schedules and other assigned projects for all Approvals required to obtain Access to Ground. Following the Scheduling Standard, industry best practice, and Primavera P6 guidelines, the Scheduler will liaise with Functional Approval Teams to develop new schedules based on Approval Plans, maintain schedules periodically, and report on progress.
The Scheduler will develop resource-loaded integrated schedules for every new Scope, support functional teams in identifying scheduling risks, optimise timelines, and assist with portfolio prioritisation. The role will also provide timely delivery of periodic reports, identify causes of delays, and collaborate with other schedulers to integrate Primavera P6 schedules across all Functional Approval teams and Business Customers to create a holistic Project Execution schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Scheduling Standards, industry best practice, and Primavera P6 guidelines to support Approval delivery.
- Liaise with Functional Approval delivery teams to develop, maintain, and update schedules.
- Provide end-of-month reporting in line with Scheduling Standards.
- Support Approval portfolio prioritisation and facilitate schedule review, optimisation, and risk assessment sessions.
- Integrate schedule data from Functional Approval teams and business customers to maintain Approvals Business Scope pathway schedules.
- Coordinate with other schedulers to identify more efficient ways of working.
- Serve as a point of contact for Business Customers and provide periodic progress reporting of Integrated Approvals.
- Foster positive relationships with other schedulers to ensure active contribution to Integrated Approvals Reporting.
- Support information management and processes to report performance of approvals delivery.
- Track day-to-day work using the team’s preferred agile methodology (Jira).
- Identify and undertake business improvement projects to add value to Approval Planning, Functional Approvals, and Business Customers.
- Perth CBD location with a standard 5:2 weekday roster.
