Salary:$77,345 inclusive + quarterly performance bonuses (Potential earnings of $85K+ with performance bonuses.)

Drive Customer Success

Handle inbound calls and digital enquiries from small business customers. Resolve service issues and uncover opportunities to add value through tailored energy solutions. Enjoy a role that’s all inbound – no cold calling.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and live chat.
• Manage accounts: billing, payments, tariff reviews, metering, product switching, and new connections.
• Identify sales opportunities during service interactions (approx. 30% sales, 70% service).
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex enquiries.

What You Bring

• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Proven success in sales or KPI-driven roles (insurance, finance, telco, retail, or similar).
• Tech confidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and follow compliance frameworks.
• Resilience and commitment to career growth.
• Bonus: Experience in energy or regulated industries is a plus.

• Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (schedule provided 3–4 weeks in advance).
• Melbourne-based with mandatory Docklands office days.
