Drive Customer Success
Handle inbound calls and digital enquiries from small business customers. Resolve service issues and uncover opportunities to add value through tailored energy solutions. Enjoy a role that’s all inbound – no cold calling.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage accounts: billing, payments, tariff reviews, metering, product switching, and new connections.
- Identify sales opportunities during service interactions (approx. 30% sales, 70% service).
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve complex enquiries.
- Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
- Proven success in sales or KPI-driven roles (insurance, finance, telco, retail, or similar).
- Tech confidence using multiple systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and follow compliance frameworks.
- Resilience and commitment to career growth.
- Bonus: Experience in energy or regulated industries is a plus.
- Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid model: 3 days WFH and 2 days in the office (after training).
