Adagold Aviation, a leading provider of aircraft charter services across the Asia Pacific region, is seeking a Sales & Charter Specialist to join their Brisbane Airport based team. With over 30 years in the industry, Adagold delivers tailored aviation solutions for a wide range of government, corporate and VIP clients. This position is focused on managing charter enquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. While sales and client management are the primary focus, the role also offers a pathway to move into operational support in future.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound charter enquiries and prepare accurate quotations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Develop tailored charter solutions and manage the booking process end-to-end
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up leads
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Contribute to sales reporting and market insights

 
About You
We’re looking for someone with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. You’ll be comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Skills and experience:

• Background in sales, client service or charter coordination
• Aviation experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work flexibly, including some after-hours support when required
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
• Interest in the aviation sector and willingness to learn
