About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator to support their busy sales and business development teams. This position is a great opportunity for someone organised and proactive who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. The role has been created to support growth and will be a casual contract until February 2026. Please note, there will be a two-week closure over the Christmas period.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams to gather all documents and info needed for tenders
- Keep track of tender deadlines, requirements, and follow-ups to make sure nothing is missed
- Assist with approvals and sign-offs for tender submissions
- Provide general admin support to the Managing Director, including scheduling, meetings, and email management
- Help the business development team with CRM updates, reporting, and document prep
- Organise files, manage document versions, and keep everything tidy
- Support sales activities by updating records, preparing presentations, and following up on meetings and actions
- Experience in administration or sales support, with strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (experience with tenders is a bonus but not essential)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and discreet
- A team player who can work independently
- Approachable with good interpersonal skills
