Roadworker

About the Role
Join our Coonabarabran-based team as a Roadworker, supporting vital civil and road construction projects across the region. This role is ideal for candidates with general labouring experience who want to build a career in roadworks and civil construction.
Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with civil and road construction tasks
• Operating safely around traffic and work zones
• Following site safety procedures and teamwork practices

What We’re Looking For
Required:

• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Construction white card
• Worker on foot (or willing to obtain)
• Must be physical fit to perform manual duties

Working Conditions

• Standard 76-hour, 9-day fortnight schedule with RDO
• Occasional Living Away from Home (LAFH) on an adhoc basis
