Job Title: Road Worker (3 Positions)
Location: Narrandera
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 27 February 2026
Hours: 8.5 hours per day, 76 hours per fortnight
Work Structure: 9-day fortnight

About the Role
We are seeking three Road Workers to join our team in Narrandera. In this role, you will perform a variety of routine and repetitive physical tasks using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. You’ll work independently or as part of a team assisting skilled workers such as Trades Workers and Machinery Operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine maintenance activities including:
  • Call-outs
  • Road pavement repairs
  • Guard rail and signage installation
  • Traffic control
  • Pothole and shove repairs
  • Guide post installation
  • Rubbish collection

Requirements

• Mandatory:
  • White Card
  • Workers on Foot
  • Current car licence
  • Traffic Control ticket (or willingness to obtain)

• Desirable:
  • MR Truck Licence

• Other:
  • Police Check
