Road Maintenance Crew Member – Line Marking & Spray Sealing
📍 Based in NORLANE -    Statewide Travel Required
We are seeking motivated and safety-focused individuals to join our clients Line Marking and Spray Sealing Crews. This hands-on role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to work with specialised plant and equipment across Victoria.
About the Role
As part of our crew, you will:

• Carry out road maintenance activities including line marking and spray sealing
• Operate specialised plant, equipment, and tools under supervision
• Perform manual labour tasks in line with safety, environmental and quality standards
• Work flexible hours between 6:00am – 6:00pm, with opportunities for overtime
• Travel across Victoria when required (accommodation & allowances provided)
• Be available for after-hours emergency response when rostered

What We’re Looking For
Mandatory requirements:

• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
• Current Medium Rigid (or higher) Truck Licence
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Traffic Management Ticket
• First Aid Certificate
• Ability to use computer tablets/mobile devices

Desirable:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• Asset Maintenance Management System knowledge
• Chainsaw & Pole Saw training
• Skid Steer training
